Our story starts back in the 1980’s and had several unique paths to get us where we are today. First off, the most important thing for our team is that we are locally owned and operated. We live in the same community that we serve and the fact that we get to see our customers daily at little league games, festivals and restaurants is what makes us strive to be the best that we can be. Simply put, we love our community.

L & M Marine started in 1985 in the Alabama area as a specialty marine shop and has grown to one of the largest multi-line outboard marine dealers in the area. The saltwater inshore and freshwater fishing market has been the cornerstone of the dealership for many years. This dedication has grown the market and allowed us to become the top dealer for many brands we sell. Recently in 2023, we expanded our product offering in the saltwater segment to cover the offshore market. Our store location is conveniently located on Hwy 59 just north of I-10, centralized between Pensacola, FL and Mobile, AL.

Day Break Marina was started in 1989 by a family of fishermen dedicated to make the customer experience better than what was offered at the time. The Adams family started as a small dry storage facility and over the years grew it to what is today… The friendliest marina on the gulf coast. We are located on Bayou Chico in Pensacola directly beneath the Barrancas Ave Bridge. Our unique location gives us the honor of saying we have the best boat gear loading/unloading setup for our customers.

At the end of 2022 both companies were purchased by a group of local businessmen that wanted to combine and take these companies to the next level. Boat sales and service were added to Day Break Marina, providing a one-stop shop for our customers. Since then, numerous industry veterans have been added to the team and we are looking forward to the future

We are an authorized dealer of Avalon Pontoons, Berkshire pontoons, Blazer Bay, Blue Wave, Cobia, Edgewater, Excel, Gator Tail, Lowe, Old Town Kayaks, Parker, Pathfinder, Skeeter, Xplor boatworks and Xpress. We also are Yamaha, Mercury and Suzuki outboards.  We strive to carry a selection of products that can serve our entire customer base!
